What’s the flow of the day?
Guests are invited to arrive around 5:00 PM, parking in the meadow and taking a short walk through the land to the gathering space. The evening begins gently, with a communal dinner under the trees at 6:00 PM—a time to connect, share food, and settle into the rhythm of the place.
As dusk approaches at 7:45 PM, we’ll transition together into the ceremony.
Around 8:45 PM, we’ll open the space into celebration, music rises, lights glow, and the night carries us into dancing, laughter, and joy under the stars.
Can I bring a plus one?
We’re keeping this gathering intimate and intentional. If your invitation includes a plus one, you’ll see that option when you RSVP. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we promise to accommodate where we can.
Is this a kid-friendly ceremony?
Yes — children are welcome and very loved here. 🤍
Our ceremony will be intentional and immersive, with moments of quiet, music, and ritual. Because of this, we want to be thoughtful about supporting both parents and the ceremonial space.
If you’re planning to bring children, please let us know in your RSVP. We’ll have childcare support available during the ceremony to help tend to little ones as needed, so parents can fully relax and be present while knowing their children are cared for nearby.
Dinner and the rest of the evening are joyful, relaxed, and open for all ages.
Is there shared lodging or an Airbnb group?
Yes! We know many of you are traveling or coming solo. If you’re open to sharing an Airbnb or coordinating lodging with others, you can note this in your RSVP. We’ll happily connect you with fellow guests who are also looking to share space.
What should I wear?
This day is both a celebration and a ceremony. We invite you to dress with intention—pieces that feel grounded, natural, and comfortable.
Earth tones, soft whites, tans, and natural textures are encouraged. Flowing silhouettes and layers are welcome, especially as the evening cools. It may be HOT during the day, but will cool nicely into the evening.
We’ll be sitting on the ground during the ceremony, so please choose clothing and footwear that allow you to move and settle with ease.
What should I expect when I arrive?
You’ll park in the meadow and enjoy a short walk through nature to arrive at the gathering space. There will be signage and greeters along the way to guide you.
Dinner begins at 6:00pm, with arrivals welcome starting at 5:00pm to mingle, settle in, and enjoy the space.
Can I bring anything?
Instead of traditional gifts, please bring a crystal or small sacred object to add to our altar. You’ll have the opportunity to photograph it for our guest book and later place it on the altar during the ceremony, becoming part of a living piece of art and memory we’ll carry forward.
